This is Đà Lạt's eastern side: Hoàng Hoa Thám and Hùng Vương, the streets around Dinh I and Hồ Than Thở, the Nam Hồ and Tự Phước roads, and Trại Mát, the village at the end of the 7 km tourist railway from the station.5 Its ridges carry many of the town's view cafés, some of them grouped in a back alley on an eastern ridgetop.1

It is the town's largest café cluster, from the valley decks of Hoàng Hoa Thám to the alley at 116 Hùng Vương and the Nam Hồ road beyond.

Local tip: Some hillside cafés here charge a minimum drink price instead of an entrance fee, so read the board first;1 for cloud views, be on the deck by 04:30.10
