Wi-Fi turns up at specialty bars, neighborhood rooms and club-cafés alike, but long working hours are rarer: most cafés with Wi-Fi close by 20:00, and only a handful run past 22:00. The largest groups are in Mokotów, Wola and the streets around Wilcza, and in Bielany a quarter of all cafés have it.
A few cafés say outright that they welcome work. WakeCup Cafe opened its first café at Franciszkańska 14 in Muranów on 14 April 2012, with armchairs, large tables, internet access, books and board games, in a room meant for creative work as well as meeting people.1 Its second, at Aleja Zjednoczenia 1 in Bielany, opened on 16 May 2015 and keeps one of its two rooms for anyone looking for a quiet place to work.1
Local tip: For an early start with Wi-Fi, both WakeCup cafés, on Franciszkańska and on Aleja Zjednoczenia, open at 07:00 on weekdays.

Several specialty bars have Wi-Fi: LAB at Wspólna 70, El Cafetero’s café at Emilii Plater 8, Ministerstwo Kawy on Marszałkowska, Kawałek at Łucka 18 and Kawiarnia Patio on Piwna. Forum at Elektoralna 11 opens earliest, at 07:30 on weekdays, and Kawiarnia Patio stays open longest, until 21:00.
Stor’s café at Tamka 33 has Wi-Fi as well, as does its sister bar at Bracka 18, both opening at 08:30 on weekdays and closing at 21:00.
Filtry at Niemcewicza 3 in Ochota was described in 2015 as the oldest specialty coffee house in Warsaw. Its house blend, Myk Myk, came from a local roaster and was made on a La Marzocco Linea, while filter coffee rotated through roasters such as The Barn, Bonanza, Kofi Brand and Java Coffee.2 It has Wi-Fi, opens at 08:00 on weekdays and stays open until 20:00 every day.
In Żoliborz, Secret Life Cafe at Słowackiego 15/19 was pouring straight espresso roasted by Man Vs Machine in 2015, with Kofi Brand beans for milk drinks.2 It opens at 08:00 on weekdays and closes at 21:00.
Moya Matcha’s first Warsaw venue, at Oleandrów 6, serves matcha in several forms with Asian dishes by the chef Marianna Medyńska, and sells leaf teas, matcha gift sets and limited-edition ceramics; everything on the menu can be taken away.3 It has Wi-Fi.
Matcha has moved well beyond specialist shops: in a 2026 report by the delivery platform Pyszne.pl, about 16% of Poles said they had tried it, and 28% of Generation Z.4
Proces Kawki at Kłopotowskiego 23/25 in Praga roasts its beans on site in gentle, intense or strong profiles, and has Wi-Fi and air conditioning.5 On the Royal Route, Wrzenie Świata, the reportage bookshop café entered from Nowy Świat 48, has been praised for well-priced coffee and fast Wi-Fi.6
For evening work, Młodsza Siostra at Dobra 14/16 has Wi-Fi until midnight on weekdays, and Bishops Brew at Wilcza 31 and Kawadzieścia on Krępowieckiego until 22:00 every day.
