East of that road, around Victoria Street and Whitehall, the customers are office workers and the hours show it. Café Fresco and Cafe Nuvo both open at 06:00 on weekdays, and Ravello follows at 06:30.
Local tip: Regency Cafe closes at 15:30 and doesn't open on Sunday, so a late breakfast on Regency Street has to happen on a weekday or Saturday.
